I only heard of Colorgram:TOK after I went to Korea and saw IZ*ONE promoting their products in Olive Young.
Let’s just say that K-beauty does lip tints so well, I find it incredibly difficult to resist buying one every time I see the gorgeous packaging and promising swatches.

I’m actually quite surprised that purified water is at the top of the list, as I don’t recall having seen another lip tint with this before.
Fragrance is up on the list, which is something that you may want to take note of if you have very dry and sensitive lips.

Packaging
As much as I find the plain white packaging and holographic text very aesthetically pleasing, I found that the plastic is much more fragile than I like.
I don’t recall having ever dropped my lip tint. But for some reason, the lid has cracked at the edge.
It’s not a huge problem, just that it doesn’t look very good. I’m also worried that it may continue to crack and eventually I would have to give up on being able to close this properly. Sad.
Colour
I bought the Colorgram:TOK Glow Pop Tint in shade #06 Something Coral. This is a star shade endorsed by Sakura of IZ*ONE.
I’m actually very puzzled as to why this is called coral because it looks nothing like it. Officially it’s described as a colour between coral and beige. However, it really looks more like a brick red to me, as you can see in the product swatch above.
No complaints though – I personally enjoy using this colour more than the usual bright and orangey corals because it looks a lot more sophisticated and mature.
Colour payoff is excellent for this lip tint, and the juicy sheen makes your lips look plumper as well, so my advice is to apply just one thin layer.
Staying power
For a lip tint, I think it fares pretty ok in this aspect. Due to the formula that emphasises comfort and shine rather than long wear, expectations for a lip tint that colours your lips all day should be, um, tempered.
Final Verdict
This is one of my favourite lip tints till date because of the flattering colour and gorgeous shine, but I often opt for other tints when I need something more lasting because I’m too lazy to touch up, e.g. Lilybyred Bloody Liar Coating Tint.
At less than SGD20, I think this is a pretty good investment. The only pity is the cheap plastic packaging, which definitely can be improved on.
